La actriz Emilia Clarke se despidió hoy, domingo, de su personaje Daenerys Targaryen, a solo horas de concluir su corrida en la famosa serie televisiva Game of Thrones.

Clarke ha interpretado a la Khaleesi desde el inicio de la serie en HBO hace unos 10 años y logró demostrar su talento artístico y habilidades como actriz desde ese entonces, pasando a ganar papeles en otras franquicias como Star Wars y Terminator.

'Encontrar las palabras para escribir esta publicación me han dejado abrumada con tanto que quiero decir y tan pequeña que quedan las palabras en comparación con lo que este programa y Dany se han significado para mi', comienza Clarke en su cuenta de instagram.

La publicación fue acompañada por varias imágenes de su tiempo en el set de Game of Thrones y la preparación de su peluca de pelo blanco, icónica imagen de su personaje, Daenerys.

'El capítulo, 'La Madre de los dragones' ha tomado mi vida adulta por completa. Esta mujer [Daenerys] ha tomado todo mi corazón. He sudado en las flamas de los dragones, soltado lagrimas por miembros de nuestra familia que se han ido temprano, y exprimido mi cerebro seco tratando de hacer a la Khaleesi y sus palabras maestras, acciones (y nombres) que se me daban, justicia. Game of Thrones me ha forjado como mujer, como actriz y como ser humano. Solo desearía que mi querido padre estuviese aquí ahora y viese lo lejos que he volado', continuó la actriz.

Aunque el libreto de la serie ha sido criticado fuertemente por el cambio abrupto que le han dado a la personaje de Daenerys, quien aparentaba al comienzo de la serie ser una reina benevolente, pero poco a poco fue perdiendo los cabales hasta concluir la semana pasada quemando a toda una ciudad y sus residentes, Clarke ha sido reconocida por su talentosa presentación del papel.
